Ski City

Project objective

Ski City was conceived as a destination-driven luxury retail and lifestyle hub that transcends the traditional shopping mall format. The vision was to create a vibrant urban destination where retail, hospitality, dining, and public experiences converge within a single landmark development. By combining internationally inspired design with contemporary commercial planning, the project aims to establish a new benchmark for experiential retail in India.

Project scope

The project scope included architectural design, master planning, interior public realm design, retail zoning, circulation planning, landscape integration, façade development, and coordination across multiple commercial functions. Special attention was given to creating seamless movement between retail levels, integrating leisure and dining experiences, and delivering a cohesive visitor journey throughout the development.

Structure overview

The building is organized around a dramatic multi-storey central atrium enclosed by an expansive glazed roof that floods the interior with natural light. A refined architectural language of stone-clad surfaces, grand arches, floor-to-ceiling storefronts, cascading terraces, integrated greenery, and sculptural public spaces creates a sense of luxury and openness. Large-span structural systems enable uninterrupted retail frontages and expansive communal areas, establishing a visually connected environment across all levels.
